your message directly from your PC to the
recipient's mail server (without using any ISP's
SMTP server). This takes the load off of your
mail server and speeds up message sending
significantly. It gives instant confirmation of
delivery by checking the address before it sends,
which eliminates the dreaded "Mail
undeliverable" messages you can get. It can
also get confirmation that your message has been
read.
For
correct work of the program you need to have
access to the port 25. If you're operating within
a restrictive firewall, as most users of large
ISPs do, then you won't be able to use the
EasyMail as well as any other bulk email software
in the direct send mode. This happens mainly with
the larger free ISP's and intranets such as AOL,
CompuServe, and Prodigy. These ISP's are set up
as intranets, while EasyMail needs a true
internet connection in order to function
properly. Most of the free ISP's such as Juno,
WorldShare, EarthLink, NetZero, and others blocks
the port 25 and will only allow you to send email
using their email servers. A workaround for this
is to select simply the "Use ISP's SMTP
Server for relaying" feature in EasyMail's
"Accounts..." settings screen. This
will then expose the mail server field, where you
will have to enter your ISP's mail server name.
So, you need either unrestricted access or a hole
in your firewall for port 25 access. If you don't
have access to the port 25, our bulk email
software gets around this problem by using
external public proxy serversfor emailing. For
more information, please see discussions on our
Users Forum. Also, smaller local ISPs don't block
the port 25.
The
program supports Socks4, Socks5 and HTTP Connect
proxy protocols, so you can use it within your
Local Area Network (LAN) too.
Personalized
Email Delivery

embedded objects (such as pictures) to other
users even if they use a different email
application. Any local images used in the HTML
message will also be included so that your
recipients will get the entire message!
So, if the recipients of your mail message can
view an HTML message, they will see your message
as HTML, if their mail reader does not have HTML
enabled or is not capable of viewing HTML the
multi-part message will automatically be shown in
plain text! HTML messages sent in Multi-Part
(MIME) is THE WAY to send your e-mail so that
EVERYONE can view your message!
EasyMail includes multi-language
spell checker. Also available for free
download are the following additional
dictionaries: British, Italian, Spanish,
Danish, French, German, German-NEW, Swedish,
Finnish, Polish, Portuguese, Norwegian.
One of the distinctive features of our bulk email
software is a voice mail facility, which has a
wide range of compression formats for you to
record in. The recording can be set to
automatically play on opening of the mail or as
an attachment. Another useful feature is the auto
zip facility. All you have to do is to select the
